World Rivers Day - Kanaka Connections 2018

The initially rainy Sunday gave way to drier afternoon conditions, which drew out the 135 visitors. A huge thank you to Panago, our volunteers and Metro Vancouver staff, and the Fort Langley Canoe Club for the use of their boats.

That's MR. Crayfish to you.

Alison holds the fort as visitors begin to arrive.

Happy Rivers Day!

Your daily flicker.

Judy found a bear log.

That looks ominous.

There must be something in the water....

Bucking the current.
Brian had to improvise.
Being close to the river with great people is what the day is all about.
