The sudden dramatic shift from what was a mild winter to a February dominated by repeated Arctic outbreaks has made for some interesting observations in Albion Park, where most recently the students measured a pH reading of 5.0 for melted snow.

Return of the Salmon 2018 (October 21, 2018)

At least 750 visitors took in this year’s Maple Ridge Fall Classic. After a slow start to the chum return this autumn, the fish arrived in droves for the event as our volunteers, Metro Vancouver staff and Panago teamed up to do a super job.
